Change of Mind/Ordered Wrong Product Returns

Customers may return goods to Rema Tip Top for change of mind and obtain a credit, provided that:

1. The customer does so within 14 days of delivery and has liaised with Rema Tip Top to obtain a return authorisation through the return request below.
2. The goods are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current make and model, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition; on the basis that risk in the goods remains with the customer until received by Rema Tip Top.

Exclusions apply for specially purchased products or products specifically tailored for the customer's requirements, which may not be returned. Please note that for change of mind returns a restocking or return fee may be charged by Rema Tip Top.

Delivery Errors

Delivery errors including non-delivery, delivery of incorrect quantities or incorrect goods must be notified to Rema Tip Top within 7 days of the delivery date.

Faulty Goods

Any goods which are damaged, defective, or which are not otherwise in accordance with your order, may be returned to Rema Tip Top within a reasonable time after delivery. Rema Tip Top requires supporting documents along with photos to enable a speedy process of your return.
