How do I know Rema Tip Top have received my order?

After you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email with a 'Web Reference' number. When we have reviewed the order, we will send you a follow-up email confirming your order. Please make sure to check your junk mail.

What locations do Rema Tip Top deliver to?

We deliver all around Australia!

When will my order be dispatched?

Typically, orders received and confirmed prior to 1.00pm AEST will be dispatched from our warehouses on the same day. Otherwise your order will be dispatched the next business day.*
*Same day dispatch is subject to stock availability, order complexity, warehouse activity levels, weekends and public holidays.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Transit times vary depending on the current carrier demand and the distance from our despatch warehouse. 
Standard freight service (road) transit times vary from 2 to 10 days depending on location.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Yes, all deliveries need to be signed for. You may however request for goods to be left without obtaining a signature at your own risk.

How do I pay for my order?

There are three options available:
1. Credit Card -Your credit card payment will be conducted directly via the eWay Rapid API Version 3 payment facility over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. Rema Tip Top does not store Credit Card information, or have access to your Credit Card details. 
2. PayPal - Check out simply and more securely with your Personal or Business PayPal® Australia account.
3. Choose to add it to your account if you have an account with Rema Tip Top.
